Shipping & Returns

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, Email info@leapfrogoutdoor.ca and If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if the product qualifies for a paid shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

Unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order or if the product is defective, shipping fees charged at time of order will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping will be a $10 flat rate of the customer. We do not accept COD orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Final Sale items that cannot be returned or exchanged include:

Arrows (once cut to length) Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards, Sleeping bags,

Special orders (including personalized items), Tree or ladder stands,

Socks & underwear and Clearance Items (Final Sales). 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Leapfrog Outdoor Sports and Apparel reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.

SHIPPING POLICY

ORDERS WITH P.O. BOXES can only be delivered by Canada Post.

Order Processing

  • We process orders within 3 to 5 Business days, Monday to Friday excluding holidays. 
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@leapfrogoutdoor.com We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
  • orders valued over $200 may require a signature on delivery.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

  • Free standard shipping in Canada on orders over $1000
  • Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 Business days (Monday - Friday)

U.S. ORDERS

For delivery purposes you must be a U.S. citizen with either a Social Security Number or a Business Tax ID. Orders to the U.S. may be subject to duty, tax and brokerage fees to be paid by the recipient upon delivery - please check with your customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to placing an order. As well, additional shipping/freight charges may also apply that are not included in the item price(s) or in the shipping charges displayed in your order details on this website - these additional charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be added to your total order cost. Depending on the products purchased one of our Customer Service Representatives may contact you to request or
